A female patient aged 26 years G3 P2, had both the deliveries by Caesarean section, first in 2010 and second in 2015. Pregnancies were planned well with a gap duration of 5 years. Outcome was normal for both the sections that is mother and babies are fine.However there was no definite cause for caesarean , lady is 5 feet 3 inches in height. At present, she is pregnant and wants to continue the third pregnancy.
In today's scenario, most of the gynecologists are routinely planning only for caesarean , as they are benefited.
