female 45y c/c pain and paresthesia in left extremity a chronic case. She reported the symptoms started after injection in left buttock. There is tenderness over origin of sciatic nerve.

Rom of all joints normal or near normal.strength is 4+ in most of the muscles. She reported the pain of injection was there for 7 days which is unusual.what should be the case.. What you all suspects.
