In my observation, secondary infertility is more common following LSCS than Vaginal delivery. What are the possible reasons for surgery or iatrogenic? How can we reduce it?

Do LSCS by surgeon or gynaecologist carry different secondary infertility rate after LSCS? Is there any difference following LSCS in Government or private nursing home or big hospitals? Give your View.
