A woman of 23 years with no family history of hypertension presented herself in OPD. She is a known case of hypertension for the past three years with the reading of 230/120 mm Hg. She was seen by a Nephrologist and he did a renal biopsy and it was reported as IgA Nephropathy and he prescribed drugs accordingly. But no respite for the past three years related to hypertension of severe level. Her HT got controlled with three drugs after admitting her under my care.

She has undergone UGS Abdomen, Renal Doppler study and routine blood and urine investigations. Renal Doppler is showing a possible vascular pathology in the left renal parenchyma as an arterial stenosis in the upper pole, without conclusion to proceed further.
