Case of a couple with primary infertility, husband is of 29 years and wife is 26 of years. Husband has Infection in his Semen, not relieved with routine Antibiotics like Azithromycin, Doxycycline,Metronidazole. The Sperm count and motility as well are  also variable according to the infection.

What can be done for it. Wife has so far no problem. She is having reguler menses and is ovulating regularly as seen with TVS.
