Patient is 39 years and very obese. One month ago he developed leg ulcers. The condition became so painful that he became bed ridden. The dermatologist says that he has Lipodermatosclerosis. His leg ulcers are not healing in spite of heavy antibiotics.

He is unable to walk  because of severe pain and at the same time dressing has to be done under General Anesthesia. He is asking for pain killing injections and does not sleep without them. One month has passed. Any suggestion?
