5 year boy, otherwise active & healthy has discrete papular eruption for 4 days only in axilla, inguinal & scrotum. Papules are severely itchy, not painful at all, no discharge. No eruptions on exposed parts.

No h/o scabies/lice. Are they allergic or infective?
