A 61-year-old man has painless bleeding from left nostril. The patient is diagnosed case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis and operated case of CABG with femoral vein. For the last 5 years, his platelet count varies from 55,000 to 1.5 Lac. Medications:  Metformin, glimepiride, pioglitazone, metoprolol 100 mg, telmisartan 80 mg, aspirin 150 mg, isosorbide di-nitrate 30 SR. BP 130/ 80 mmHg. ENT examination on nasal endoscopy in left nostril bleeding point was observed that was cauterized with TCA.

Investigations: CBC normal except platelet count 53000, LFT normal, BT, PTI normal. Patient has a little bleeding in right nostril also in the evening. What is the status of aspirin? Should it be continued or stopped temporary or permanent or any need for reduction of doses? Kindly share.
