In this short time since I joined this group, I have been reading many posts which point towards decline in every aspect of this noblest profession of which we all are very proud . Changing status of a doctor, less payment, referral fees, Ayush doctors in Corporate Hospitals, poor mental health , poor working environment, cut throat Compensation, exploitation of doctors, violence by attendants, refusal to pay the fees by patients and enormous litigation on flimsy perceived Medical errors etc. After reading, it gives the impression of defeat and paralysis. My sincere request from all members is that whether this forum can be effectively utilized to raise important though unpleasant issues affecting this great way of life of unconditional service to humanity !
