A young male presented with sinus over left foot for last five years. He couldn't recollect any significant history of trauma No wound over upper leg Operated in past thrice but Sinography was not done O/E : Sinus opening on lateral side of left foot No other opening anywhere in Leg Sinography: one-foot long sinus tract extending from Ankle to upper Leg. No FB seen on X-ray.
Pre-operative Findings: Whole tract traced from Ankle to upper leg. Track was very deep to muscles Surprisingly there was thorn at the end of track in Upper leg, which was not seen on X-ray Tract completely excised with thorn Mystery is that how did thorn reach upper part of leg when entry wound / sinus opening was over foot Interesting point is that sinus opening was one foot away from the foreign body.
