Government medical college Sangli becomes the first hospital to take decisive steps to curb verbal and physical abuse on doctors. Siren system has been installed all across the hospital. In case of any possibility of violence in hospital, the concerned doctor/staff should immediately activate the siren system without any delay.
All staff in the hospital including doctors, nurses, ANM, support staff, cleaning staff, medical students all are directed to leave all work at hand and reach the emergency department/ casualty immediately to show the strength and unity. Lets not wait for it to happen to us lets prevent it a great initiative. What do you think about this initiative?
