35 year old male pt normally built, came to OPD with skin lesions present since 20 years as shown in picture. Face - multiple skin coloured papules , becomes more prominent during summers. Neck - multiple acrocordons over back of neck. Lower back- multiple plaques soft in consistency.

Mother and sister having similar lesions. Lesions are a asymptomatic. Kindly pinpoint the diagnosis.
