A 16yr female with C/O: lump in upper abd. since birth and 1 episode of non-projectile, non-bilious vomiting with red colored blood which regressed spontaneously 1yr back. No H/O: trauma, fever with chills, acute pain, bony pain, jaundice, coagulation disorder, liver cell failure. Patient has marked pallor, mild icterus. Palpation : splenomegaly 15cm below left costal margin up to umbilicus. No hepatomegaly.
P/R is normal. mild ascites. no other positive finding. What will be the most likely diagnosis in this case based on history without investigations? What will be the management of this patient?
