My patient, a student of IIT Bombay is suffering from Hepatitis E value 2.53 from 18 sep 15 to till date without much improvement. Fever around 100f still lurking and less oral intake. On 25 sep bilirubin was 4.92and sgot and sgpt around 200 and on 23sep15 bilrubin was at6 and with sgot and sgpt of same 200 values.

Kindly suggest any other associated cause for fever? Or best treatment and best in you? All other tests are within normal range like pt, inr, urine culture, dengue, MP, leptospira
