A 30-year-old female in very good health. After pregnancy c/o splitting of Nails as shown in pictures. She is not responding to treatment given in form of local antifungal nail paint and fluconazole 150mg weekly for 4month.

What are these lesion? Vitamins, Nutrients deficiency Or fungal infection?
