An 80 years old male patient with giddiness since last 2 years and having past history of trauma due to fell down from a bike. No history of loss of consciousness. Gliotic area in left   basifrontal  region- Sequelae to old traumatic event. Rest of cerebral parenchyma shows normal attenuation. Ventricular system, cisternal spaces and cortical sulci normal. No evidence of shift of midline structures noted.

Bilateral basal ganglia and thalami normal. Sella and suprasellar regions normal. Cerebellum & Brainstem normal. Both orbits and retrobulbar structures normal. The skull bone are normal. Please explain etiology of this case and what should be the mode of treatment?
