Generally patient with viral fever comes with high grade fever with bodyache, and patient's symptoms dramatically improve with use of injectable steroid. But our guidelines says no to steroid. And it says use paracetamol for symptom control. But many times it  won't help.

So why guidelines won't allows steroid, because steroid also relieves symptoms as paracetamol. Please I want different Physician opinions regarding this.
