62 yrs male patient diabetic and hypertensive met with an accident and operated for #tibia and #humerus one month back. Now he has developed rash all over body involving 50%of body surface area and oral mucosa.Initially started as soar throat and the apthous ulcers and the rash over neck.Within 2days it just covered 50% of body surface area.

His wbc count is 450, RBC and platelet count normal, marrow is hypocellular. Please suggest me appropriate management for him.
