A 30-year-old male patient has back pain, stiffness and restricted movement of the back since one year. The stiffness is more in early morning. He is on Etoricoxib 90mg OD.

The patientt hails from middle-class family so can't afford biologicals; so is there any alternate treatment which halts progression of AS and improves quality of life? Patient is more worried about his back stiffness and restricted flexion of lumbar region.
