I started my practice in Psychiatry during 1975-76 period in Cochin city of Kerala State, India. During those days there was no Psychiatrist practicing in cochin area and the awareness about mental health among common man was minimum. Probably this was one of my early cases seen those days and I could develop a very good professional rapport with this patient, hence she reported to me during the period of relapses, all throughout for the last four decades.
There was intermittent period with no consultation or communication.
