Dear Sir, At present all the contract Medical & other workers/staff get job mostly on contract basis which leads to mental stress & heart diseases. The Contract taking Big vendor takes a contract on pan India basis & then Sub Contracts it to local contractor .The Factory or the company pays a good salary per contact employee to the Big vendor contractor. This salary is than posted to Sub contractor of local area AFTER TAKING 15 TO 20 PERCENT under the sweet name of administrative cost. Further the Sub contractor Again takes out his cut 15 to 20 percent as administrative cost. The worker is thus deprived of his hard earned money.
He is actually the sufferer as he is a contract worker with no say who is also scared of Hire & Fire policy. Hence he takes whatever is given to him. This has to stop some were AND the good days of workers & all contract staff should come. This will…
