My patient us 15 year old with pain in abdomen periumbilical crampy in nature since last 2 days with nausea and vomiting occasionally. On usg there is subcentimeter mesenteric  lymph nodes in mid abdomen. I started ofloxacin ornidazole combination with drotin m . Now patient is somewhat releived from pain .

But still patient feels of not eating anything. As of now patient is stable now. What should be approach now.
