Sudden onset of chest pain has been reported in a well-nourished 18 year old man. The patient has shown normal respiratory functioning with the absence of Cyanosis. The h eart rate of 67 beats per min, respiratory rate of 20 breaths per min, 95% saturation rate of oxygen while breathing room air, 98.1°F temperature and 94/58mm Hg blood pressure has been reported in the case of this patient.
Plain chest radiographs can be seen along with this patient case. The primary laboratory findings include: White blood cell count: 11 × 103 cells/μL (normal range, 3.8-10.9 × 103 cells/μL), with neutrophils at 73.9% (normal range, 41.8%-77%) Hemoglobin level: 15.1 g/dL (normal range, 13.6-17.3 g/dL) Platelet count: 263 × 103 cells/μL (normal range, 141-401 × 103 cells/μL) Hematocrit: 44% (normal range, 39.8%-50.7%) The heart of patient has shown the absence of murmurs, gallops or rubs.
