A girl 19-year-old B. Sc. Nursing student at B.M .C C college of Nursing Bhuj at Gujarat presented herself at the health center of the college with acute exacerbation of asthma since morning. She is a known case of asthma since her childhood getting attacks every 3 to 4 months, getting relieved with inhalational medicines without using any oral medicines. Her Resp. rate is 44 per min.

and she was in obvious Respiratory distress with audible wheeze on both sides of the chest.The examination of the nasal passages revealed mucosal edema and a polyp on the left side. There was marked swelling around both the eyes and her upper lip was swollen angioedema). Her fingertips were slightly cyanotic. Her peak expiratory flow rate was 25% of the predicted normal value.
