Sudden onset of profuse epistaxis in a 63 yr old male patient with no h/o any medical or surgical illness, no h/o nasal allergy or polyps o/e BP 140/90 pulse 78/min. What could be the cause and appropriate management?

What he only says is that he cleans his nose once with fingers before when he felt some nasal crust and right immediately this happened.
