A 50-year-old man presented with inability to stand from sitting position and also the inability to move upper limbs for 7 days. History of the weakness of limbs. BP 130/70, blood sugar normal range, no findings in CT scan.

Movement of upper limb improved and patient now can wash face with hands. Conservative treatment with no particular schedule. What could be the probable diagnosis and treatment?
