My 40 yr old patient has got warty lesions in the feet and hands for more than 3 months. Lesions have opened with bad smelling discharge. He had gone for hiking few times. Lab test confirmed Blastomyces infection.
I have started him on amphotericin B and itraconazole. The lesion is improving slowly since a month. Please suggest how long itraconazole treatment needed for such lesions?
