It was usual practice of MCI rejected admission approval to few Pvt medical colleges then such colleges move to state high court which mostly allows admission in that session by passing order a fresh enquiry but if MCI moves to Supreme court then this highest court usually alters State HC order and pass an order in favor of MCI. Such order again passed by the highest court of our country cancelling the admission of MBBS students in 4 Pvt medical colleges of Kerala passed by the high court of Kerala.
This comes after an enchantment was once filed through the Clinical Council of India in opposition to an order of the Kerala Top Courtroom which allowed MBBS admissions to four self-financing clinical schools together with Al Azhar Clinical Faculty, Thodupuzha; Wayanad DM Clinical Faculty; P Okay Das Clinical Faculty, Palakkad and SR Clinical Faculty, Varkala.
