A 62-year-old lady with thin built having h/o pain swelling in xiphisternum her haemogram blood sugar is normal. X-ray chest showing b/l lung fibrosis.CT chest revealed calcified granuloma at xiphisternum? Infection with b/l lung atelectasis.
Kindly give your opinion regarding management of this case. Is ATT advisable?
