Today healthcare is transforming and becoming more patient-centric. Ensuring that patients unmet needs are attended is very crucial. Considering the patient’s journey, from diagnosis to management to follow-up there are many gaps that need to be addressed. Therefore, designing patient-oriented programs can enhance the patient’s experience and help in having better treatment outcomes.

Patient Support Programs (PSP) can aid physicians in medication therapy management. It can redefine and broaden the concept of assistance, improve adherence to medications and, consequently, improve effectiveness and quality of life.
