In a 44 yrs old woman simple hysterectomy was done for fibroid uterus in 2010. Then in 2014 she was diagnosed with colon cancer, she was operated and had chemotherapy. Now since past one month she noticed a big mass in the abdomen, CT revealed its ovarian cyst. The right one is almost 10 to 12 cm. LT ovary  cyst is smaller.

No hydronephrosis on either side. Is it Lynch syndrome? Haven't done any genetic blood tests though. Management is tricky, please suggest.
