a 13 year old came to me with swelling of 3x3 cm in size,firm freely mobile on dorsal aspect of right forearn in mid 1/3 area on fnac nothing was conclusive its operated easily without adhesions on biopsy it turned out synovial syarcona. how to convince the patient and relative in this situation?
