Radiotherapy, systemic therapies, including chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, and surgical interventions are used to treat endometrial cancer. However, a combination of these therapies is shown to provide better clinical outcomes. Nevertheless, recurrent endometrial cancer remains a major challenge.
