Hello all, it's basically a story of my fellow friend who works in a govt hospital. He said First rule to Remember is Always keep a word set in your mind that you are a puppet holded by your senior consultant or CMO . He will order and you perform, if your performance is good - No appraisal and if bad worst scenario is your suspension or transfer. Second rule is Boss is Always Right.
Never argue, either you want it or not just accept the job, whatsoever is given to you, either you have the resources to do or not just do it at your own. Third - Never interrupt while on rounds or in OPD sessions. I f interrupted be prepared for the worst duty shifts and no guidance approach. Fourth - Treat every driver, maid, conductors, staff and their families, Political parties people and their collogue, MLA's, policemen and their relatives, all govt servants and their relatives, Judges, All servants…
