The number of cases related to medical negligence is on the rise. Often, the justice is delayed, courtesy to our judicial system causing loss of time of the concerned doctor, or the judgment is biased due to lack of medical knowledge.

Like the Army court or CBI court, can there be a Medical court where Medical Board can examine the case after which they can consult the judiciary if required? Kindly share your views.
