Rising incidents of doctor-patient conflict is a matter of serious concern for the medical fraternity and general public. Recent reports of attacks and vandalism by the relatives of patients can not be justified on any ground. Their grievances may be right but it can not allow anybody to take the law in their hands. Hospital is a place where a number of people come for treatment, it is among the most vital institutions of any society, it should be peaceful and calm.
But in our country most of the hospitals are overburdened, under staffed and mismanaged. Everybody including doctors and patients with their relatives are in hurry.
