The thoracic outlet syndrome is a clinical entity affecting the neck, shoulder, and upper extremities with vascular and neurological symptoms which are caused by abnormal compression and irritation of the subclavian vessels and the brachial plexus. This study comprised 93 patients admitted to vascular surgery department of Alexandria armed forces during the period March 1992- Feb 2012. all of them were subjected to through history taking and prefect clinical examination, chest x ray and CT.
