Dear Doctors, I come up here again with my old case. Patient 19 years old previously diagnosed with dengu, was till now stable and recovering fast. when discharged from hospital platelet count was increasing day by day (at the time of discharge 1,50,000) but yesterday the patient complaint regarding sudden fever 103F, chills and headache. when pathological tests were dont platelet count was found out to be 80,000.
What should be the reason ? the patient is feared about dengu again. How to proceed, what other pathological findings should I Come up with?
