Newborn baby suffering from Esophageal atresia with distal tracheo-esophageal fistula is operated traditionally by posterolateral thoracotomy. We have performed the same operation Thoracoscopically. Till now we have performed 10 operations with the same approach over the last 2 months.

This operation is not being performed in India till now except for sporadic numbers.
