G2 with prev one LSCS with normal antenatal course admitted at 34 week with absent fetal movement. On USG afi normal with efw of 2 kg. No response even with IN oxygen and ivf. Planned for LSCS with prior 2 doses of betnesol. Baby was active alert.
Post LSCS, her hb 8 gm. TLC came 16000 with plt count of 6 lacs. Sample repeated but same values. What to do next?
