A 5-year-old male presented with lesions on the arms, belly lasting three months. Mild pruritus present. No significant PMHx or associated complaints. Well-demarcated, sharply circumscribed, erythematous, annular lesions with raised leading edge.
Tinea corporis confirmed with KOH test. Prescribed topical miconazole and oral griseofulvin a month ago. No remarkable improvement so far. Any suggestions on how to proceed further?
