A 45 year old with HIV, HepC, TB Lymphnode, Diabetes. His current LFT, KFT, Lipids are normal. His CD4 is below 100.

He is on ATT for 2 weeks, on Clotrimazole, Anti Fungal for Oral candidiasis and supportive medicines including oral anti-Diabetics. What ARV will you prefer to initiate? Any suggestions?
