TRANSFORM - key efficacy data followed by safety analysis

Acute rejection and poor graft function after one year of transplant are the two well defined, modifiable risk factors for kidney allograft failure. TRANSFORM is one of the first clinical trials to study these two risk factors when evaluating the immunosuppressive regimens. It is the largest clinical trial undertaken to date in kidney transplantation by recruiting more than 2,000 patients and with extended follow-up to 5 years.
