A male patient of 30 years has congenital elephantiasis like syndrome involving both legs. His grandpa and his father had also the same problem. He is the father of a baby and his wife had an abortion a year back (congenital anomaly).

Now the patient has the severe bilateral hydrocele almost penile part not seen. What is the further line of management? Kindly suggest.
