A child aged 1 1/2 years was brought to me for a cystic swelling on the rt. side of the neck. He had been seen in his village. the following investigation were done there Haemogram :-Hb 7.0gms.

Rbc morphology Hypochromia++ microcytosis++ anisocytosis+. WBCnormal Platelets N ESR 30 Sonography of the neck-Both lobes of the thyroid gland are normal in size, shape and echotexture. No focal lesionseen.The isthmus is normal. There is amultiloculated cystic mass (6.3x5.7x3.3cms) in thert.side of the neck.The mass shows internalechoes.(Branchial cyst/cystic hygroma/ necrotic lymph nodes/abscess/ lymphatic malformations?) What is the diagnosis?
