Hepatitis c infection in a patient 23229 iu/ml (104533 copies/ml) genotype 3a on sofosbuvir 400 od and dacltasvir 60 od for one month with hb 9.8 at presentation and now hb 7.8 complains of sob (also cad on low dose aspirin and atorvastatin and ramipril ). Rest CBC and LFT normal at present.
