I was consulted for one of the two twins, 10 months of age, mother gives the history that second twin was not able to sit since 4 days. When I examined baby not able to sit and lying down on back, but standing with support and is sitting when taken in mothers arms. The powerline, muslcle strength are all normal, the baby is alert active. No history of febrile illness, only h/o trivial fall while sitting 1 week back and h/o premature delivery at the birth weight was 1.7 kg.
One thing I observed no stranger anxiety and milestones are bit delayed. How should I proceed with treatment? Your valuable suggestions are invited.
