Mrs. Shanti aged 52 is brought to the Emergency department with complaints of severe headache shortness of breath and ankle edema. Her BP is  210 /140 and vision blurred. Blood test reveals Azotemia.

Proteinuria+. A chest radiograph reveals an enlarged Cardiac Silhouette. Is this a hypertensive emergency. How will you treat this case.
