Elderly female patient of 75 years, the stroke survivor with restricted mobility on the wheelchair. Known case of hypertension, diabetes, CAD, incontinence. The patient did not tolerate calcium channel blockers, is on glimepiride, telmisartan 40 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg, doxazosin 4 mg, bisoprolol 10 mg, furosemide 20 mg, rosuvastatin 10 mg, aspirin 75 mg, Nicorandil BD, moxonidine 0.3 mg, three times daily & oxybutynin patients blood pressure remains 170 to 190 mmHg systolic and diastolic 90 mmHg, the patient is taking the salt-restricted diet. What else should be done to control blood pressure?

Increasing telmisartan dose. Did not give results, none of the Ayurvedic preparations worked.
