Tinnitus of left ear with vertigo and hearing loss since 2days and 15days back. Next day investigated and diagnosed as Meniere's disease.Treatment suggested was inj.methyl prednisolone125mg intratympanic every fourth day; inj.symptomatic treatment for vertigo. There is no medicine for tinnitus. Every attack increasing the sensory neural hearing loss.are there any drugs controlling tinnitus. Is these inj..useful?is Are there any drugs controlling tinnitus?
Are these injections useful? Is Meniere's this much common? Any chances of bilateral in future? The patient is 40-year-old, both HTN & diabetes since 3 years and on medication.
